Andrew Porch is entering his fifth season as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the Snead State Baseball Team. During is coaching career, he helped to lead the Parsons to win the 2021 ACCC Northern Division Regular Season Championship, the 2022 ACCC State Championship, and the 2022 JUCO World Series. He was the 2022-2023 Community College representative for the Alabama Baseball Coaches Association. He also worked with the softball team, helping to lead them to becoming a 5-time State Softball Champion, winning the 2017 USSSA Softball National Championship and finished third in the 2018 softball world championships.

During his tenure at Snead State, Porch has integrated many new technology and analytical innovations into the baseball program, live TV/Streaming for all home games, Blast Motion, Rapsodo, Core Velocity Belt and statistical analysis tools. Prior to his coaching career, Porch was CEO of one of the largest growth technology companies in the US. He was awarded Businessman of the Year in 2001 and again in 2008.
