The Alabama Community College Conference announced Tuesday that a Snead State Community College freshman was named the ACCC Volleyball Player of the Week for Sept. 18-24.
Megan Zuck, a Hartselle native, is a freshman outside hitter for the Lady Parsons volleyball team.
During the week of Sept. 18-24, Zuck led the Lady Parsons to an 8-2 record. She recorded 27 kills with two service aces, 45 digs, and seven blocks.
The Lady Parsons are led by Head Coach Angie Sanders. The community is invited to check out the Snead State Volleyball Team during upcoming home games.
The Lady Parsons will take on Coastal Alabama tonight, Friday, Sept. 29, at the Plunkett-Wallace Gymnasium at 7 p.m. The team will compete against Wallace-Selma on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m. in the gym.
