Freshman Je'Anna Thomas has been named the Alabama Community College Association Player of the Week for Sept. 12-17.

A native of Decatur, Thomas led the Lady Parsons to a 5-1 record last week.

In 18 sets, she recorded 44 kills on 91 attempts, along with one service ace, four digs and 23 blocks.
