Snead State Hosts Ring Ceremony for the 2023-2024 Men's Basketball Team

The Plunkett Wallace Gymnasium was filled with pride and celebration on Friday, Nov. 1, as the Snead State Community College Men's Basketball Team commemorated their outstanding 2023-2024 season with a special ACCC Championship Ring Ceremony.

 The Parsons, who clinched the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) Championship title last season, received their rings during the celebration held before their match-up against Wallace State Community College in Hanceville. Players, coaches, and fans were able to relive the unforgettable journey that led to the Parsons' championship victory.

 "This team embodies resilience and grit," said Head Men's Basketball Coach Jeremiah Patterson. "Every single player put in the hard work and dedication it took to earn another championship win for Snead State. Tonight isn't just about rings; it's about the incredible journey that got us here and the lessons we learned along the way. I'm incredibly proud of these young men."

 The ring ceremony took place before the Parsons' matchup against rival Wallace State Community College in Hanceville.
