The Snead State Community College student-athletes saw the results of their dedication and commitment during a special Commencement Ceremony held Tuesday, May 6, at Plunkett-Wallace Gymnasium.
The Snead State Lady Parsons will host four volleyball camps this summer.

Two of Snead State's athletics teams recently volunteered at Albertville Kindergarten and PreK School.

Snead State is recruiting for all positions for the 2025-2026 season and will hold tryouts on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 6-8 PM at the Plunkett Wallace Gymnasium.

The Snead State Community College Women’s Volleyball Team recently capped off a strong season, with two players earning postseason honors, as voted on by the Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC) coaches.

The ACCC Volleyball Tournament will be held Friday, Nov. 1-Sunday, Nov. 3, at Sand Mountain Park in Albertville. Snead State enters the tournament as the No. 3 seed in the North division.

The Snead State Community College Lady Parsons Volleyball team wrapped up the last five matches with a 3-2 record, bringing their overall record to 17-11. The Lady Parsons swept Gadsden State and Coastal South on Oct. 2 and Oct. 5, respectfully, and defeated Bishop State 3-1 on Oct. 7. Snead State suffered losses to Santa Fe College and Enterprise State on Oct. 4.

The Snead State Lady Parsons volleyball team is off to a stellar start in the 2024-2025 season, proving themselves to be a force within their conference. Under the direction of Head Coach Cristie Brothers, the team has achieved several significant victories, showcasing their resilience and skill. With a current record of 15-9, the Lady Parsons have already faced tough opponents but continue to climb the ranks, especially with recent success in conference matchups.

As the Snead State Women's Volleyball Team's 2023-24 season recently came to a close, a pair of Lady Parsons were presented postseason honors. The Lady Parsons finished the year 22-18 overall and 7-5 in ACCC play.
